We are in the Bellewood Office Park, in the first building
on the right when you turn into the driveway from 112th Ave NE.
Accessibility:
Most of the providers have their offices on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator. Please let us know in advance if you are unable to climb a flight of stairs, and we can make arrangements for your appointment to be held in a ground floor office.
Parking:
Parking at the office can be a little tight. Staff and providers park as far away as possible to help keep spaces in front of our building more available, but please allow a little extra time to find a spot.

Cancellation Policies
All of our providers require 48 hours notice (not including weekends) if you wish to cancel your appointment without a fee. This fee varies by provider, and may be waived if the appointment is missed due to sudden illness or emergency.
